Review - Maybelline Color Sensational Lip Stain

I brought this product on a complete whim, I'd never even heard of it before. I was on the hunt for the new Maybelline BB Cream at my local Tesco, which I found along with a 3 for 2 offer. You just cant pass an offer up can you! So I purchased this along with a Lipstain Gloss (also amazing), in shade 480 - Shy Red. And let me tell you, I am super impressed. It has a felt tip pen like nib for easy aplication and applies matt. so for those of you that don't like a gloss this is perfect. Those that do you can apply it on top!

It doesn't last as long as you would imagine a lip stain to, but Maybelline have made no atttempt at claiming it Does (Unlike the Lip Stain Gloss). Id say after 2 maybe 3 cuppas' its on its last legs. Another thing I love about this product is the texture, you would think with a matt finnish it would leave your lips feeling super dry. I't doesn't. and it tastes fantastic. All things factured in I think maybelline have done a fantastic job, I would say my only qualm is the packaging which feels a little cheap. However, the product definitly makes up for that. I think id rather spend £5 on a great product in not so great packaging than £20 on a mediocure product in fancy packaging.

If you hurry tescos currently have this on offer £3 instead of £5 and boots have 3 for 2.

Sophabulous is born..

Well hello there fellow beauty lovers, and welcome to my blog. It was only in recent months that I discovered there was such a fabulous beauty community, where girls/women like I share their love for beauty related brilliantness (if that’s a word).
